  • Q. How quickly can process a company’s payroll?
    • A. We aim to turnaround payroll within 24-48 hours for our clients.
  • Q. How quickly can set up a new client?
    • A. The frequent delay is getting all of the necessary information from our client so that we can get started but providing we have all of the information we need from you we can set up a new client in the same day.
  • Q. Do I need to re-register with HMRC?
    • A. No.
  • Q. What happens if we want to change something after the payroll has been run?
    • A. Hopefully this will not happen as we always ensure that we send final payroll for approval by you before we submit it. If the situation does arise it would require a re-run or an advance payment can be made.
  • Q. Can I have electronic payslips?
    • A. Yes, we just need an email address. This can be a company or private email.
  • Q. How do we tell our old payroll provider we’re moving?
    • A. You will need to check your contract with your current provider and provide the necessary notice period if you have one.
  • Q. When is the best time to switch our payroll services?
    • A. You can change payroll anytime we would simply need your year-to-date information. April is an ideal time as this is the start of a new tax year.
  • Q. How do I transfer my payroll data?
    • A. We will confirm to you the EXACT data that we require from you/your current payroll provider. You can then supply this information via manual reports, Excel csv files or certain software can export the data which we can then automatically import into our system.
  • Q. Won’t I lose touch with my payroll?
    • A. No not at all, you will simply gain an extra team member to take away the stress of payroll.
  • Q. I’m worried about security
    • A. We have standard operating procedures when it comes to data protection. We take customer data very seriously and have in place the latest technology in terms of firewalls, anti-virus software and password protection. Also, updates are perform regularly to make sure we always have the latest security updates.
    • Our servers are hosted in a secure location where only a few people have access to. This ensures not everybody can access the data. We limit every single employee to data access depending on their job and all our computers are password protected to make sure no one else access key data
